And as we grow and deliver that pipeline of projects in the coming years, we will continue to serve our communities and deliver the power that Queensland needs.About the roleThis is a full time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.The G&FE division is responsible for providing considered strategic advice to the Stanwell Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board on a regular basis and as such high levels of trust must be cultivated to maintain and enhance credibility and secure a mandate within the business to deliver initiatives.The Portfolio Advisor provides specialist services for effective project portfolio analysis, reporting and generating insights to enable the business to make right decisions. This role will focus on the continual development and improvement of the portfolio and reporting tools and systems aligned to the project management framework, providing direction, guidance, and training throughout G&FE.Key activities include:Project/Portfolio Advice - provide specialist advice and direction to project managers/directors, sponsors and other key stakeholders on project and the overall portfolio to gain maximum benefits on project and program controls and assist in decision-making related to project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation.Project Portfolio – track and monitor the progress of the portfolio and individual projects, identifying potential issues or deviations from plans.
