This position offers future leadership opportunities as we grow further in 2026. --- Key Responsibilities Manage our production Supervise staff in compliance with Ultraspan’s and regulatory standards. Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely and thorough completion of projects Conduct quality control checks to minimize manufacturing errors and meet external customer expectations --- Skills & Experience Technical Competencies Proficiency with roll forming equipment. Strong ability to interpret and analyze workflow requirements. Solid understanding of manufacturing best practices. Soft Skills & Work Ethic Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with management. Excellent time management—ability to prioritize tasks and mitigate delays proactively. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make critical decisions and resolve issues efficiently. High attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in all aspects of manufacturing. Accountability—takes ownership of work, communicates proactively, and strives for excellence. Adaptability and willingness to learn — open to new methodologies, technology advancements, and possessing a continuous improvement mindset. Additional Experience (Highly Regarded) Prior experience or knowledge in either timber or steel floor manufacturing Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes. --- Why Join Us?
