Join a team who is passionate about their work and better because of our people About the Role We are currently seeking a Migration Manager to join us on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. The Migration Manager holds key decision‑making authority over the migration strategy and schedule, aiming to optimise for uninterrupted services within time and budget constraints. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Creation of migration strategy Preparation of migration blocks and run sheets Managing activities and teams for migration readiness per block Maintaining RAG status for migration by blocks or as per agreed strategy Lead daily migration planning meetings Coordination with broadcast engineers to compute and network for prep and run sheets Work with Test Manager to oversee pre‑ and post‑migration testing to validate service continuity. About You The ideal applicant will possess: Deep understanding of how broadcast signal flows. Demonstrated ability to migrate large‑scale infrastructure/network. Ability to manage and coordinate teams to achieve outcomes. Highly effective written and interpersonal communication. Demonstrated ability to use project‑based software and team collaboration platforms (Asana, JIRA, Confluence). Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, maintain, and report on the performance of migration. Benefits TBS Additional Day of Leave to be taken each year for all permanent employees.
