The Role

Programmed Training Services invites you to join our Melbourne CBD team as a Recruitment Consultant Trainee. This role offers a unique pathway to kickstart your career in business administration while pursuing formal qualifications (Cert III or Cert IV).
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate Pre-Employment Checks and on boarding.
- Craft and post job advertisements online.
- Ensure database and compliance are maintained.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, clients, and candidates.
- Engage in networking events and job fairs to expand our candidate and client base.
- Strive to exceed recruitment targets, contributing to team success.
- Champion a positive safety culture across our operations.
