We welcome applications from candidates located anywhere in Australia We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to join a collaborative and fast-paced digital team. This role will see you designing, building, and supporting modern business applications that drive improved customer and staff experiences. About the Role In this position, you will work closely with developers, BAs, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions across Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end technical design, contribute to integration and deployment activities, and ensure solutions are delivered with strong compliance and security practices. You will also play a key part in supporting operational systems, providing Level 2 assistance to end users and helping ensure smooth, reliable releases. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and delivering business solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Customer Insights & Journeys), JavaScript, and C#. Creating clear and comprehensive technical design documentation. Managing source code repositories, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Assisting with application integration, packaging, and release deployment activities. Ensuring all work aligns with organisational compliance, security, and WHS obligations. Providing L2 support within agreed SLAs and helping troubleshoot system issues. Contributing to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and development standards. Supporting team initiatives and undertaking additional tasks as required. What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ hands‑on experience developing and enhancing Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM solutions. Extensive hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) — including solution design, customisation, configuration, and end‑to‑end development. Proven experience with D365 Field Service — implementing, customising, and supporting Field Service modules. Strong experience with Power Pages / Power Apps Portals — building, configuring, and extending portal capabilities. Strong capability with customisation, configuration, and integration of CRM components. Solid experience deploying CRM organisations and creating custom entities and workflows. Proficiency with C# and .NET (3.5+), CRM SDK, and plugin development. Previous experience in agile delivery environments. Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and source control practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, self‑driven approach with strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivering quality outcomes. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
