This is a town‑based position offering consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to shape and influence a key division within a well‑established and proudly local business. As an Asset & Logistics Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Asset & Logistics division. This includes managing the movement of goods and equipment, mentoring your team, and driving operational efficiency. This position works Monday to Friday on day shift only: Monday – Thursday: 6am – 4pm; Friday: 6am – 2pm. Additional overtime may be available depending on workload. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day logistics and asset operations Coordinate the inwards/outwards flow and transport of goods and equipment Conduct Prestart/Toolbox meetings and communicate team direction Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and support Ensure QA standards are met and processes followed Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives About You You’re a proactive and safety‑conscious leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You bring strong communication and problem‑solving skills and take pride in delivering quality outcomes through team leadership and operational excellence.
