Today, Harvest Road encompasses the iconic Harvey Beef and Leeuwin Coast brands, supplying a range of exceptional food products to domestic and international markets. Locations Harvest Road’s integrated cattle & beef supply chain operates across approximately 2.7 million hectares of pristine land, spanning from the east Kimberley to the agricultural region of Western Australia. Our extensive operations span six iconic stations, each with its own unique history, character and geography. Cattle flow through to our backgrounding properties before entering Koojan Downs Feedlot near Moora in the South. Our Properties Springvale Station Jubilee Downs Station Pilbara Minderoo Station Balfour Downs Station Gascoyne Brickhouse Station South-West Koojan Downs and New Norcia Farms Hill River Farm We are seeking candidates for various full-time, permanent positions starting in 2026 across our cattle & beef operations, including: Station Hands Station Cooks Station Managers Head Stockpeople Machinery Operators Farm Hands Livestock Hands Feedmill Hands Please be aware that these roles are permanent, and individuals on short-term/working holiday visas will not be considered. Dogs are not permitted on our properties. About You Always prioritise safe working practices and animal welfare. Have prior experience in a similar role. Be motivated, hard-working, and embrace the Harvest Road culture. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a close-knit team. Have experience in cattle animal husbandry (preferred). Follow the guidance of management. Hold a current manual driver’s licence. For Station Hand roles, you should possess prior experience in handling horses and/or motorbikes. Exhibit initiative, problem-solving skills, and a good level of physical fitness. Successfully complete a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
