As a trainer, you’ll share your knowledge, bring industry practice to life, and help learners deepen their expertise to make a real difference in their communities. genU Training delivers job-ready, nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses. We empower people through education—particularly those living with disability, long-term unemployed, or experiencing vulnerability in the community. What you’ll do As a Sessional Trainer in our team you will: Deliver the CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services across classroom, workplace and online settings Provide training in Geelong, Barwon Heads, or both as required Assess learner competencies and give constructive feedback Complete reporting and compliance tasks to a high standard Contribute positively to the genU Training team and overall student experience Whatyou’llbring Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) Proven experience in employment services or community services, ideally supported by a formal qualification Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a genuine passion for professional development and lifelong learning. Confidence in delivering engaging face-to-face and online sessions and managing digital learning tools effectively. Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between locations (You’llalso needanNDIS Worker Screening Check, Orientation Module Certificate and WorkingWithChildren Check – butdon’tworry,we’llhelp guide you throughthis.)
