We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to lead digital campaigns, content creation, and brand growth for Australia’s leading corporate team building brands: Pinnacle Team Events and Beyond the Boardroom. In this role, you will create digital content that builds engagement, ensures brand consistency, and drives measurable results. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager and working closely with our Company Directors, you’ll bring fresh ideas to life and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our growth story. Lead digital marketing strategy – Plan and deliver campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and keep us ahead of the curve. Create standout content – From social posts to videos, EDMs to website updates, you’ll craft content that tells our story and sparks engagement. Own our social channels – Build and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube with smart scheduling and analytics-driven tweaks. Shape email marketing – Design and send EDMs that nurture leads and convert interest into action. Collaborate and innovate – Work closely with our team and partners to keep our brands fresh, consistent, and performing at their best. About you You’re a creative marketing all-rounder who loves bringing ideas to life through clever storytelling, smart strategy, and compelling content. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects with ease, and have a genuine passion for helping businesses connect with their audiences. You’re a match if you have A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising. 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, or content roles. Strong skills in copywriting, design (Canva or Adobe Suite), and social media. Excellent organisation, creativity, and attention to detail.
