Motorcycle Salesperson – BMW & Ducati (New & Used) We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Motorcycle Salesperson to join our professional team at our Somersby dealership, representing two of the world’s most prestigious motorcycle brands – BMW and Ducati . This role offers the opportunity to work with both new and pre-owned motorcycles , delivering exceptional customer experiences and sharing your passion for premium motorcycling with our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in the showroom and online to provide expert advice on BMW and Ducati motorcycles Conduct professional product presentations and test rides Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels Prepare accurate quotations, finance applications, and registration documentation Ensure showroom presentation meets brand standards Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets About You Proven experience in motorcycle or automotive sales (premium or performance brands highly regarded) A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or dealership systems Current motorcycle and driver’s licence Availability to work Saturdays and occasional special events You Will Also Be Self‑motivated and results‑driven Professional in presentation and approach A strong team player who also works effectively independently Enthusiastic, disciplined, and customer‑focused What We Offer Competitive remuneration package, including base salary plus commission and performance bonuses Ongoing manufacturer training and career development opportunities A supportive and friendly team environment of genuine motorcycle enthusiasts Excellent facilities and the opportunity to work with premium motorcycle brands #J-18808-Ljbffr
