Job Description Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Oversee the research and development of new automation technologies and solutions. Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and guidance. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department. The Successful Applicant A successful Engineering Manager should have: Engineering Bachelors Degree, preference with mechatronics and mechanical A strong background in engineering and automated manufacturing within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. Proven experience in leading research and development initiatives. Comprehensive knowledge of automation systems and technologies. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
