Director @ Capstone | Property Recruitment Expert Head of Private Capital & Investor Relationships Sydney, NSW Direct Property Funds | HNW Investors A leading Australian direct property funds platform is seeking a senior professional to lead and grow relationships with high-net-worth individual investors . This is a newly created role , reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer , with responsibility for both existing investor relationships and the origination of new private capital into direct property funds. The platform offers investors direct access to high-quality property investments, with typical investment sizes ranging from $500k to $5m per investor . The Opportunity You will be the primary point of contact for HNW investors, responsible for building long-term relationships, driving capital inflows, and shaping the firm’s private capital strategy and market presence. Key Responsibilities Act as the lead relationship manager for existing HNW individual investors Originate and onboard new private capital into direct property funds Work closely with the CEO on capital raising strategy and investor engagement Develop and execute a program of investor events, briefings, and market presence initiatives Represent the platform at industry, investor, and private wealth events Coordinate investor communications, reporting, and ongoing engagement Collaborate with investment, funds management, and marketing teams to support fundraising outcomes About You 10+ years’ experience in capital raising & investor relations Strong network of HNW individuals and private investors Proven track record raising capital into property or alternative investment vehicles Highly credible communicator, comfortable engaging directly with senior investors Commercial, relationship-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, or a related discipline Why This Role?
