Become an OSHC Assistant Coordinator at Tamborine Mountain State School Helping Hands This permanent part-time position offers 15 hours per week , with the flexibility to take on extra hours during school holidays. You’ll be supporting our morning and afternoon programs, helping kids get their day started or winding down with some fun-filled after-school activities. What You’ll Be Doing – Your Adventure Starts Here Get ready to co-manage a high-energy team of Educators, all while developing your leadership potential. Your role will include: Leading fun-filled programs where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination). Fostering strong connections with children, parents, and the school community to create a nurturing environment. Managing a team of passionate Educators, including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles. Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including compliance and administration .
