You’ll provide focused psychosocial–spiritual support, work alongside clients and families throughout their recovery, and collaborate with community services to ensure safe, coordinated and meaningful care. What You’ll Bring 4+ years’ experience, or 2 years plus Certificate IV in Mental Health. Experience supporting people with mental health and suicide-related challenges. Strong Trauma-Informed and Recovery-Oriented practice. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Confident, accurate documentation skills.
