Sales and Customer Support Lead

Do you have experience in Irrigation, Plumbing or polyethylene piping applications and considering a change or new role? A recent change in business ownership at Rob Rye Poly has created the need for a sales driven leader to join the rapidly growing team and take ownership of our existing customer base and drive growth across our polyethylene pipe and fittings supply, fabrication and on-site welding services. Based in Shepparton, this full-time role works directly with our customers to deliver product and project solutions. What you'll be doing Maintain and build customer relationships across irrigation, plumbing and civil markets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the supply of polyethylene pipe, fittings, fabrication and welding services Prepare quotes and work with directly with customers in a proactive manner to solve their requirements Collaborate with internal teams to find the best solution to meet customer needs Report on sales activity and contribute to strategic planning Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and technical developments What we're looking for Sales or a practical hands‑on experience in irrigation, plumbing or civil markets An understanding or awareness of polyethylene or other pipe and fittings Knowledge of electrofusion or butt‑welding techniques and site installation is highly regarded Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Valid driver's licence and must have permanent work rights in Australia What We Offer Attractive salary backed by a growing and supportive team A competitive advantage through market‑leading products and an in‑house fabrication capability very few others can match Industry training and product technical support Real opportunities for growth across Rob Rye and our related companies.
