As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security‑related incidents by monitoring and patrolling automotive locations. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to support a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You’ll Do: Manage access control procedures at the auto facility, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site‑specific security‑related policies and procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating as needed according to established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security‑related issues or suspicious activity. Document and report all security‑related incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift. Assist with emergency response activities as required, following Allied Universal and site‑specific guidelines. Maintain a visible security‑related presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the location. A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required. Be at least 18 years of for unarmed roles; 21+ years of for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
