Visit our website or YouTube channel to learn more. The Role We are seeking three engineers to support the delivery and performance of key infrastructure projects across Tasmania. These roles include: 1x Site Engineer (Civil) – Burnie 1 x Site Engineer(Electrical)– Selfs Point, Hobart 1 x Asset Performance Engineer – Launceston Each role plays a vital part in ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, while also contributing to long‑term asset reliability and service outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver engineering coordination across design, procurement, installation, and testing phases to meet project timelines and client expectations. Support project delivery through proactive planning, technical oversight, and collaboration with construction teams. Apply asset reliability and performance analysis to improve infrastructure outcomes and reduce operational risk. Develop and implement maintenance and renewal strategies aligned with long‑term investment planning. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project activities. Build strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive performance and accountability. What we're looking for We’re seeking engineers with sound technical foundations, 2‑3 years of practical experience, and a collaborative mindset to join our team across various infrastructure and asset‑focused projects. Whether you’re supporting construction delivery or driving asset performance improvements, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality outcomes. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field). 2‑3 years of demonstrated experience in either project delivery or asset performance improvement. Solid understanding of engineering principles, standards, and quality systems (e.g. AS9001). Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships. Effective communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences. Current C‑class Driver’s Licence.
