Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Pharmacy Technician – Dispensary Assistant Are you passionate about healthcare and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated full time Pharmacy Technician to support our dispensary and front‑of‑shop operations, ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines and pharmacy products. Location: Smithfield NSW 2164. Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum plus super, based on previous skills and experience. Position Requirements Must be an Australian Citizen or hold an appropriate working visa. Qualifications Relevant degree, associate degree or advanced diploma At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role Key Skills Strong computer literacy Clear and effective communication Excellent attention to detail Team-oriented with a flexible and proactive attitude Sales & Customer Service Assist at the dispensary counter Deliver high‑level customer service Build customer relationships and promote pharmacy services Support non‑prescription medicine sales Maintain product knowledge and promote in‑store offers Handle transactions and customer feedback professionally Merchandising Maintain clean and appealing product displays Coordinate stock movement and perform stock control Conduct out‑of‑date checks as per schedule Dispensary Operations (Level 3) Assist pharmacists with dispensing and managing S2/S3 medicines Perform dispensary admin tasks and stock control Support services such as dose administration aids, staged supply, health promotion, and home delivery Prepare prescriptions for monthly claims Training & Development Maintain 3 hours/year of S2/S3 medicine training Stay updated on product and pharmacy service knowledge Why Join Us?
