JB Group Pakenham offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Senior RV Consultant to represent our portfolio of premium brands including JB Caravans, New Age Caravans, Traveller Caravans, LPT Caravans, JB Motorhomes, New Age Motorhomes and Campervans and Paradise Motorhomes. Key Responsibilities Engage with walk in, online and event customers to understand their travel needs Present and demonstrate features and benefits across the JB Group range Guide customers from first enquiry through quotations finance and delivery Provide expert product knowledge and support showroom presentations Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Work collaboratively with service admin and management teams Stay current with product updates and industry trends Attend trade shows and promotional events as required What We Are Seeking Proven sales success in automotive caravan RV or related sectors Strong communication negotiation and relationship building skills Familiarity with CRM systems and dealer management software such as Eclipse Self motivated goal oriented and highly organised Professional presentation and positive team attitude Commitment to creating memorable customer experiences What We Offer Manufacture and retail market leading brands under one roof Ongoing professional development and training Progressive commission and uncapped earning potential Supportive workplace culture focused on wellbeing and success Be part of the JB Group journey shaping the future of RVs in Australia Location & Mobile: *** Take your sales career further with JB Group Pakenham.
