Key Responsibilities Assess and support residents in Aged Care, Home & Disability Care – offering diverse caseload and experience. Provide goal‑oriented care to clients in residential aged care, community home settings or individuals living with disability. What We Offer Full‑time, Part‑time, Contract or Casual employment options. Above Award Salary. $1000 Annual Continuous Professional Development Allowance. Salary starting at $80,000 + Super + CPD (Negotiable depending on experience). Annual Salary Review. Additional Annual Leave Option. Flexible working arrangements. Office support for scheduling and bookings – focus on what matters Monthly internal CPD. Quarterly internal awards. 12‑month New Graduate mentoring and training program.
