Schots Home Emporium have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate, with a passion for interior design and customer service, to join the Clifton Hill Team. Schots Home Emporium is one of Australia's leading distributors of unique home fittings, fixtures, and furniture. Renowned for unearthing the uncommon and collecting finely crafted furnishings. Schots has grown from humble beginnings in 1978 to a comprehensive superstore in Clifton Hill and eCommerce store. The right candidate will have retail experience, an outgoing personality, and an eye for design. You will join the showroom sales team in achieving targets and creating an unforgettable experience for our customers. If you have a creative flair, a passion for excellent customer service and strive for a career in a premium retail space, this is the role for you About the role and our ideal candidate: 1 (or more) years of retail experience preferred (interiors or architectural products experience is highly regarded). Confidence and first-rate customer service skills required. Reliable and available schedule with the flexibility to work weekends. Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday. Comfortable working with sales targets. A keen interest in, with both knowledge and a passion for design and interiors. A positive attitude, showing both initiative and drive. The ability to work well in a team. Willingness to learn and develop your skills. Experience with NetSuite is helpful, but not essential. Full product training will be provided. Applicants must be an Australian citizen, resident or have a valid work visa to be eligible for this position.
