You will be joining a growing legal, risk and compliance team, with opportunities to help build new and innovative technology solutions for the banking industry.What you’ll do

Manage a wide variety of commercial deals including negotiating SaaS commercial agreements, partnership agreements and key vendor contractsAdvise on new technology products that will power banking products such as term loans, credit cards, merchant acquiring and deposit accountsWork collaboratively with product and engineering squads as they run through two-week sprints to rapidly build and add to our product suiteHelp our business scale by working with business stakeholders to develop and improve legal processes, playbooks and templatesPartner with other stakeholders such as engineering, strategy and business development to achieve the strategic company goals and key resultsWork with other team members in the legal, risk and compliance team to foster an exciting, collegiate and collaborative environmentSupport the expansion of Constantinople’s business including potential international expansion in the futureWho you are

4+ years post admission experienceLegal qualifications – LLB, LLM or Juris DoctorIndustry expertise–experience in banking, technology, regtech, fintech and/or financial services is a big plusBased in Melbourne but will consider other locations for the right candidateExcited about working with a fast-growing tech company to build innovative technology solutions for the banking industryWillingness to learn, outstanding time management and relationship-building skills, with an ability to understand the larger pictureApplication process:
