This is a chance to help shape a brand in scale-up mode. You’ll join a positive, high-energy team, own meaningful projects from day one, and grow your career as the business accelerates. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end design for homepages, landing pages, promos, and collection UX . Create high-converting EDMs/SMS visuals (Klaviyo): templates, modules, campaign sends. Produce paid social & display statics/GIFs; brief motion as needed. Evolve our component libraries, type, colour, and motion guidelines. Partner with brand/art teams to adapt artwork into tasteful, on-brand executions. You’ll bring 5+ years in digital design for eComm/fashion/retail (campaign heavy, mobile-first). A portfolio of EDMs, landing pages, paid/social statics & GIFs. Adobe CC (PS/AI/ID) and Figma mastery (components, auto-layout, prototyping). Klaviyo layout know-how; slicing for email; strong typography and art direction. Shopify awareness (theme constraints, section design, image specs). A data-aware mindset and love for rapid iteration.
