Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee our Bundaberg business. The ideal candidate will have an electrical background and be responsible for leading branch operations and field staff, scheduling of installation and service work, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals. Drive sales growth and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community.
