As our Educational Leader, you’ll be a key member of the Centre Leadership Team, working alongside the Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager (where applicable), and Early Childhood Teacher to lead and champion the National Quality Framework. You’ll collaborate with our Centre Support Team—including Practice and Teacher Partners—to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality education and care for children, families, and the community. About Us Our modern, welcoming centre proudly supports families across Baldivis, Wellard, Leda, Cooloongup, Rockingham and Waikiki—offering long day care and a quality kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. With extended hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm and capacity for 119 children, it’s a vibrant environment where passionate educators can shine. For more information and photos, please visit our centre's website: Great Beginnings Baldivis About You You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent Demonstrated ability in educational program planning and the application of the assessment and planning cycle to each child and the program as a whole. Practice in acquiring knowledge and sharing with others. Demonstrated ability working as part of a team. Strong knowledge of early years care, development, and education of children. Strong knowledge of the early childhood education and care sector. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas in accessible ways. Proficient computer skills, able to use online systems / platforms Clear working with children record / police clearance Certifications in First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis management, asthma management.
