Key Responsibilities Manage a high-quality, diverse client portfolio, including fast-growing SMEs and larger corporates across a range of industries Mentor and develop junior accountants, supporting their technical and professional growth Deliver both compliance and advisory services that add real value to your clients Take ownership of client relationships and contribute to strategic planning Work closely with Partners on business development and new client onboarding About You 5–7 years’ experience in Business Services within an Australian accounting firm CA/CPA qualified Strong technical expertise across areas such as Div 7A, GST, and CGT Confident in leading teams and passionate about mentoring others Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience Ambitious, proactive, and ready to step into a leadership role What’s on Offer Ongoing professional development and monthly structured training Clear, defined pathway to Senior Management Flexible working hours and work-from-home options Supportive, collaborative, and social team environment Convenient office location with excellent public transport access If you would like to know more, please send your resume through the APPLY button.
