Responsibilities Extensive experience in ServiceNow technology Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with FSO and CSM involving Financial Service Data Model for Banking / Insurance Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment Experience with ServiceNow solution implementation (configuration and customization) Proven experience designing, architecting and implementing FSO solutions involving Financial Data Model, Dispute management, Customer lifecycle management, Treasury operations, Payment operations, Card operations, Loan operations, Claims processing Experience working in ServiceNow FSO projects and participating in Requirements Gathering, Agile/Sprint Planning, Demos Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, focusing on enterprise architecture and Financial Service Operations (FSO) Strong understanding of enterprise architecture processes and translating these into technical solutions Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementing and configuring Financial Service Operations Expert understanding of key ServiceNow modules and concepts such as CSDM, CMDB and Data Models Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to multi‑task and manage priorities effectively Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks Minimum Qualifications Experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation Experience working in the IRM domain, including experience as an IRM architect Experience in ServiceNow IRM design, architecture and implementation, with a solid understanding of the ServiceNow IRM model, plugins and accelerators Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations with external systems Knowledge of HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, or AngularJS Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance Understanding of regulations such as GDPR and ISO (good to have) Preferred Qualifications/Skills None listed in original description Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
