This role is ideal for an existing Assistant Manager or Store Manager looking to take the next step in their career. A place to make a difference Here you’re empowered to make a difference in children’s lives by learning, sharing and collaborating to find new ways to solve this full‑time permanent position based in Sefton Park you’ll lead retail operations and stock management for the Sefton Park store and depot. This hands‑on role involves driving sales, supporting volunteers ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation and overseeing the sorting, pricing and distribution of stock. Leading a team of volunteers you will be part of our retail team and report to the SA Area Manager. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets through effective retail strategies Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards Collaborate with Retail stakeholders including State Manager and Retail Operations team to ensure the right products are delivered to the right stores, maximising sales and inventory turnover Maintain pricing and sorting standards in line with the National Stock Strategy Support training and develop a team of dedicated volunteers Develop and maintain a depot layout that supports smooth product movement, efficient storage and safety in line with the National guidelines Support Retail initiatives including set up of new stores as needed A place to feel valued You are a dynamic, passionate, organised and people‑oriented individual with a passion for fashion.
