This is a senior, hands-on role offering autonomy, direct client relationships, and the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team in a relaxed coastal setting. Key Responsibilities Tax Compliance: Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships. Client Advisory: Manage direct client relationships and provide tailored tax and business advice. Team Support: Mentor and review the work of junior staff in a supportive, low-pressure capacity. Tax Planning: Contribute to planning and structuring strategies for small to mid-sized business clients.
