The Role As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to: Generate leads and convert them into memberships Retain current members by promoting our culture and services Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement Maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards To thrive in this role, you’ll need these required certificates: Working with Children Check About You We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game Here’s what makes you could bring to our club: Proven experience to similar roles Passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment Confidence in your skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities Committed to fostering an inclusive gym culture and building a strong community Ability to support and promote local businesses Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to engage and welcome new people Strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for continuous growth and career advancement Why Join Us?
