Role To succeed, you should have significant experience in telecommunications and unified communications, with expertise in UCaaS solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom , SBCs (preferably Audiocodes), and a desire for career growth. Your responsibilities include: Scoping, designing, and delivering UC solutions for SME and mid-sized clients Providing remote and onsite support for voice infrastructure Troubleshooting UC issues Escalating complex problems within engineering teams Managing cloud and on-prem deployments Handling challenging UC issues, including IVR scripting Updating technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles Requirements Successful candidates will have: Deep technical understanding of Unified Communications Advanced experience with SBCs, especially AudioCodes Proven experience with UCaaS solutions like Zoom and Teams; bonus points for Mitel, Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterisk, Avaya Competence in VMWare vCenter/ESXi, networking (DHCP, VLANs, HP Switches, Meraki), SIP Trunking, FoIP Self-motivation, autonomy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset Benefits We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, access to mental health support, flexible hybrid work arrangements, paid study days, certification support with pay rises, internal training, professional development opportunities, a focus on equality and charity, and a vibrant team culture.
