Following our continued success in Airlie Beach, we're expanding We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Administrator and Marketing Co‑Ordinator to support our exciting land development project in one of Australia's most beautiful coastal destinations. If you are seeking a lifestyle change, this is your chance to work where others holiday About The Role Based in our Airlie Beach display suite, you’ll be the face of Alder Group for local walk‑ins and online enquiries. You’ll work approx. 16 hours per week (Wednesday to Saturday), engaging with customers, managing site inspections, managing stakeholder relationships and executing local marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Qualifying and responding to new enquiries CRM management and customer engagement Coordinating social media posts and responding to enquiries Executing local marketing tasks and optimising social media content to drive engagement Collaborating with builders and external real estate agents Providing a high level of customer service to all phone/email and walk‑in enquiries About You You’re energetic, personable, and passionate about development sales and supporting marketing strategies. You thrive in a customer‑focused environment and are excited by the opportunity to work in the Whitsundays. You’ll bring: A current driver’s licence and reliable transport Weekend availability Strong self‑management and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Real estate or development sales experience (preferred) Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media posting and content creation Familiarity with the Whitsunday region (a bonus) Exposure to contract/legal admin (advantageous) Why Join Alder Group?
