About the Role In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing leadership on all site activities in a close relationship and collaboration with the Project Management team. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget. What You Will Do Manage the site team to ensure work is carried out to a high standard at all times Foster a strong safety culture, making safety the number one priority Collaborate with project management team to ensure compliance with client & McMahon Services\' processes Training, mentor, lead & motivate staff on project sites Ensure project is meeting time and resource management Manage short term planning to ensure project milestones are achieved What You Will Bring Proven experience in site management and project delivery within the construction sector Construction trade qualified or equivalent industry experience Strong understanding of construction programs and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors in a fast-paced environment Ability to obtain a defence clearance Ability to pass a pre-employment medical What Will Set You Apart Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Aconex & MS Project Proven track record of driving safety, quality and productivity outcomes Leadership experience and the ability to mentor others Why Join McMahon Services We offer a supportive, high-performance environment where your skills are valued, and your contributions are recognised.
