Join ACMI's Programming team as our First Nations Producer, School Programs and contribute to program development, coordinate and deliver engaging, impactful education and lifelong learning programs. The role also includes program administration, resolution of operational service delivery problems, evaluation and reporting for programs. This is a new full-time ongoing role reporting to the Head of Education & Public Programs. We are looking for someone who is available to start on 2 February What You'll Bring to the Role Knowledge of current Victorian primary and secondary curriculum and demonstrated expertise in its implementation within an education environment and / or expert knowledge designing, facilitating, or performing programmes for a cultural or arts organisation. Strong understanding of Australian First Nations cultures, histories, and current issues, along with hands‑on experience creating and delivering education programmes and resources that are inclusive and culturally appropriate. Sound knowledge of creative production platforms and tools relevant to schools, and the ability to incorporate screen, media and digital literacy practices. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with openness, honesty and transparency. Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Arts, Media Studies, English, Cinema Studies, Digital Technologies, screen‑based discipline, and / or relevant industry experience. Valid Victorian Working with Children Check or a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration. What We Offer Full‑time ongoing Grade 3.1 role with a starting salary of $79,122 plus super.
