Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high‑quality service delivery. Monitor and maintain cleaning standards across assigned areas, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols. Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisation. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Embrace a hands‑on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain the exceptional standards of The Star Gold Coast. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams. Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacy. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands.
