Reporting to a Finance Manager and working closely with stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and commercial functions, you’ll help ensure data-driven decisions are made across all levels of the business.Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles Partnering with key operational teams to analyse business drivers Delivering financial models and what-if scenario analysis Presenting insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders Ensuring accurate financial controls, accruals, and reconciliations are maintained Identifying opportunities for reporting and process improvements What You BringYou’re a motivated finance professional with a strong mix of analytical ability and commercial curiosity. You enjoy digging into the numbers, but also thrive in stakeholder conversations where you can translate data into impact.Ideal profile:3-5 years’ experience in chartered (Big 4 or mid-tier) or a similar analytical finance role CA qualified or near-completion Ready to make your first move into industry Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP system experience (e.g. SAP) an advantage Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability Comfortable managing deadlines, juggling competing priorities, and operating with agility Why Join?
