Construction Litigation Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with at least 2 years of PAE in construction litigation, or general commercial litigation with a keen interest to develop as a specialist lawyer in the projects and infrastructure space.

Your responsibilities may span a diverse range of areas, including:Billion dollar International ArbitrationsMajor Project Adjudications in the hundred of $ millionsInfrastructure litigationSecurity of Payment claims including adjudicationsArbitrations and expert determinationsContract risk managementSupreme Court construction litigationClients include national developers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

HIGH SALARYThe salary package proposed is highly competitive, aligning with those of top-tier firms therefore they should be able to meet your expectations quite easily. Significant sign-on bonuses are also on offer for candidates who can hit the ground running.
FLEXIBILITYThis firm offers seamless remote-working capabilities, providing all staff with laptops and a range of online resources. Lawyers are encouraged to work remotely at least 1 day a week, often extending to 2 days, following an initial adjustment induction and transition period.
Flexible work schedules are also available to accommodate personal responsibilities, such as childcare arrangements, with the option to modify work hours accordingly.
