Overview As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist you’ll help Australians navigate their home loan journey while benefiting from our AI-enhanced platform, smart automation and end-to-end support powering you to new heights. Responsibilities Support customers via phone, email and video; no cold leads. Work on Australia’s #1 home loan platform driving 4x faster settlements. Get pre-qualified appointments booked for you. Submit deals to our in-house processing team; we’ll handle the admin. Access referral income beyond broking including buyers agents and conveyancing. Typical brokers submit 12 deals per month; top performers exceed a deal a day. Qualifications Experience in phone-based sales roles (insurance, solar, tech, etc.) OR Experience in mortgage broking, lending or financial services (branch or phone-based). A passion for helping Australians navigate property ownership. Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it; we can help). Unrestricted Australian working rights.
