About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, while also driving growth and profitability. The Operations Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, and will be responsible for Service Delivery, resources, and personnel. This role contributes to building and maintaining value in the delivery of Insite's Managed and Professional services. The Operations Manager will manage the Service Delivery Team and has key impact on longer-term service delivery and process improvements to empower Insite and our customers to thrive and grow into the future. Responsibilities Continously improve and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient functioning of all departments Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including customer service, service delivery, customer onboarding, HR, and bugeting Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and profitability Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure that the organization meets its goals and objectives Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners Assist in the generation of profitiable proposals to grow our business Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Provide regular reports to the executive team on the organization's performance and progress towards goals Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a management / operations role, with a proven track record of success Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement plans that drive growth and profitability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and personnel management Knowledge of relevant laws and regulation Values We are one team We are bold and ambitious We invent We serve Helpful Experience within telecommunications and Technology; specifically, Telstra and Cisco Be highly motivated and committed to proving a great customer experience Strong attention to detail Exceptional communication skills A desire to learn and grow professionally Work in alignment with ITIL and ISO Security frameworks Perks and Benefits We are a very fast paced work environment, but we always make time to have fun.
