The Richmond Warehouse Assistant will execute warehousing, delivery, and distribution tasks proactively and accurately to ensure delivery in full and on time. The successful candidate must have a full driver's licence and a current forklift licence. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. We are looking to start the successful candidate on the 9th December 2024. Pick, pack and fulfil orders. Organise and maintain inventory. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, electric walkies, and pallet jacks as required. Communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors. Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain accurate records of inventory, order fulfilment, and other warehouse‑related activities. Do local deliveries using the company van as required. What skills and knowledge do I need? Previous experience in a FMCG warehousing and dispatch environment. Physically fit and able to carry up to 15kg. Strong communication, attention to detail and well‑organised. Forklift licence and driver’s licence are essential. Experience using electric walkies and pallet jacks. Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Word. Experience with NetSuite or similar is highly desirable. We’d love someone with previous experience in a FMCG warehousing and dispatch environment but ultimately we’re after someone who is reliable, physically fit, and results‑driven as well as being able to work independently. You’ll receive full training from our supportive warehouse team lead regardless. As there is a delivery aspect to this role a driver’s licence is a must as well as the willingness to drive our delivery vans. Why join Nomad Coffee Group?
