With significant growth of the SAP B1 practice they are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. The Role In this role you'll be responsible to bring clarity, structure and insight, work closely with stakeholders across operations, technology and client teams to understand their needs, untangle processes, and turn them into meaningful, practical outcomes. From collaborating in workshops to mapping processes, defining requirements and supporting transformation initiatives, you’ll be the trusted guide who ensures everyone is aligned, informed, and heading in the right direction. You'll also partner closely with a Senior BA and a diverse delivery team—but still have plenty of room to operate independently and drive your own work. This is a 6 month contract role (with the possibility of extension), based in Richmond, with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll dive deep into business context, running workshops with project managers, solution architects and client SMEs to understand how things work today—and how they should work tomorrow. You’ll capture requirements, develop detailed business and functional documentation, and create clear business process maps (Visio/BPMN). You’ll define system and integration requirements, contribute to testing activities, document As-Is and To-Be processes, and help translate complex needs into simple, structured, value‑driven outputs. And yes—you’ll be hands‑on: a doer, a problem‑solver, a dependable “worker bee” who delivers high‑quality, detailed outputs consistently. What You Bring To The Role You’re an experienced (5–10 years) Business Analyst who’s confident, self‑directed, and comfortable engaging with clients from day one. You’re tech‑savvy with a solid understanding across ERP and system integrations, process improvements and know what questions to ask to capture integration and data‑flow requirements. You’re strong in requirements gathering, business process modelling (including BPMN), and producing clear documentation. You understand project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and can navigate integration and data‑flow conversations. You communicate clearly, think critically, organise brilliantly and adapt quickly. You balance detail with practicality and can manage competing priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned. Experience with testing documentation, UAT, or systems like Salesforce, SAP B1/S4Hana or Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus—but your ability to ask the right questions is what truly sets you apart.
