About the role: This role oversees relationships with external suppliers of CDC to ensure timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality and cost standards. They also oversee contract administration, evaluates vendor performance, and works closely with internal teams to ensure streamlined procurement processes and effective operational support. Other responsibilities include: Prepare and manage a variety of contractual documents—including service agreements, NDAs, and statements of work in collaboration with legal and site teams. Coordinate contract renewals and lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for services requiring re-tendering. Support new site transitions by setting up facility service contracts and managing critical infrastructure post-defect liability period. Participate in regular vendor and site meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, and oversee systems such as iPRO and SINE. Maintain contract tracking tools and respond to new requests from site teams to ensure smooth vendor operations. About you: We're looking for someone with experience in procurement, contract administration, or vendor management, ideally within facilities, property, or a similar operational environment.
