This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily treatment room operations and nursing services. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and effective management to a team of nurses Ensure the treatment room is run efficiently and safely with appropriate staffing Coach, train and mentor the nursing team to consistently deliver best-practice care Support GPs with health assessments, care plans and chronic disease management Ensure compliance with all clinical safety and quality standards Collaborate with the Practice Manager to understand key performance drivers and manage team resources effectively The Successful Candidate This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with leadership skills, a passion for primary health care, and a commitment to delivering efficient and compassionate care.
