Company Description Social Spectrum is a platform built to empower neurodivergent children and their families by creating real connection, support, and understanding, offering a space where parents can share experiences, learn from one another, and grow their community without judgment, comparison, or isolation, while also promoting social inclusion through events for children, workshops for parents, and access to helpful resources including blogs, podcasts, and journaling tools. Role Description This is a remote, full‑time Co-Founder (Investor) role at Social Spectrum. The Co‑Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and operations while collaborating with the founding team. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of business strategies, leading key initiatives, fostering partnerships, managing investments, and contributing to the expansion and long‑term success of the company. We’re seeking a partner who brings both capital investment and a willingness to actively contribute to building Social Spectrum. As Co-Founder, you will: Contribute seed investment Shape the company’s long‑term strategy Support product evolution and AI integration Help prepare for fundraising, partnerships, and scaling Elevate our presence across Australia and globally Be part of a mission that genuinely changes lives Qualifications Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess business performance and growth opportunities Exceptional communication skills for collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and articulating vision Experience in sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer outreach Strong research skills for industry analysis, trends monitoring, and informed decision‑making Leadership experience and the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a remote team Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and social impact Previous experience as an investor or in a startup environment is a plus Passion for neurodiversity, inclusion, and social innovation Why Join Us?
