3 month initial CONTRACT , potential extension HYBRID working arrangement (3 days onsite in Sydney CBD) Daily rate: $750 (inc SUPER) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Performance Test Analyst to specialize in validating system speed, stability, and scalability within a complex technical environment. This role is essential for ensuring the robust performance of critical enterprise integrations and manual testing of complex solutions prior to deployment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of performance testing, drawing on 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Performance Testing and a minimum of three years in performance test planning . Design and execute testing across various specialized domains, including Integration Testing (3+ years' experience) and extensive manual testing in highly complex technical environments (3+ years' experience) . Utilize advanced load generation and containerization tools, requiring 3+ years of experience with Apache JMETER, Docker, and Google Puppeteer . Work collaboratively within the testing team and broader project stakeholders, demonstrating a strong collaborative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintain quick adaptability and resilience, efficiently adapting strategies and troubleshooting solutions should critical issues arise. Contribute to test management and documentation using tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (highly desirable). Assist in generating first draft Test Scenarios and Test Cases, leveraging familiarity with AI tools (desirable). MORE ABOUT YOU Minimum 5 years of dedicated Performance Testing experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration Testing, manual testing, and performance test planning. Minimum 3 years of experience with the specific toolset of Apache JMETER, Docker, and Google Puppeteer . Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience utilizing the Dell Boomi integration platform. 1+ year of hands‑on experience with Financial and/or HCM Workday systems (highly desirable). Proficiency in test case management using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (highly desirable). Certification: ISTQB-Foundation Level (ISTQB-F) (desirable). Certification: ISTQB-Advanced Technical Test Analyst (ISTQB-ATTA) (desirable). Experience leveraging data formats such as SQL, XML, and JSON for testing purposes (desirable). Experience with SmartBear JIRA Zephyr for Test Case management (desirable). Familiarity with the SAFe Agile 6.0 framework.
