Dental Support Staff – Receptionists & Dental Assistants Across Brisbane We’re Hiring Dental Support Staff – Receptionists & Dental Assistants Across Brisbane, Queensland Flexible Hours – Monday to Friday & Late Nights & Weekend Shifts Available. We are expanding our Brisbane team and seeking motivated, reliable, and professional individuals to join us as Dental Receptionists and Dental Assistants . We offer casual, permanent part-time, and full-time positions , with rates negotiable based on experience . Flexible rostering is available, including some late nights and weekend shifts for those seeking additional hours. About the Roles Dental Receptionist Roles As the first point of contact for our patients, you will: Deliver warm, welcoming, and professional customer service Manage appointment bookings and patient enquiries Process payments and coordinate treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and support daily operations Use Microsoft programs and the Praktika booking system What we’re looking for: Excellent communication skills Strong organisational abilities Computer confidence Ability to thrive in a busy environment Dental Assistant Roles As a key member of our clinical team, you will: Assist dentists chairside and provide high-quality patient care Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments Support clinical workflows and ensure smooth daily operations Maintain infection control and equipment cleanliness Assist with cosmetic and orthodontic treatments (experience desirable) What we’re looking for: Positive attitude Strong teamwork Attention to detail Preferably prior dental assisting experience – though we welcome those eager to learn Own transport and permanent working rights in Australia are required.
