Precast - Construction - General Labourer Reliance Workforce PTY LTD is seeking a motivated and hardworking General Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing construction company based in the Southern Suburbs & Logan Brisbane QLD area. As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall construction process through various hands‑on tasks. What you'll be doing Assisting with the preparation, handling, and installation of precast concrete elements Undertaking general labouring duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials Performing basic construction tasks, including cleaning, site preparation, and maintenance Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines Collaborating with the construction team to complete tasks in a timely and effective manner What we're looking for Previous experience as a General Labourer or in a similar construction role Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures Must hold a provisional driver's licence and have access to own transport Must be capable of moderate physical work including lifting between 10-20kg regularly Must be an Australian citizen Must be over 18 years of age What we offer At Reliance Workforce PTY LTD, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
