Baseup Sheds is seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all concrete‑related activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards. We are actively looking for a Concrete Supervisor All we do is the cream… SHED SLABS and DRIVEWAYS What you’ll be doing Supervise and coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of the concrete crew, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring Ensure all concrete work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company policies Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the concrete pouring and finishing process Provide on‑site training and mentorship to the concrete crew to continuously improve their skills and knowledge Monitor and maintain quality control measures, including conducting regular inspections and testing Tasks & responsibilities Lead your team to complete shed slabs from start to finish Earthworks, Formwork, Steelwork – Pour and finish Use hand tools & electrical tools safely Work autonomously and delegate tasks if required Use work truck and trailer – take it to do your own weekend jobs What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concrete Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role Thorough understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and equipment Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address challenges on site Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate the concrete crew Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and plans Proven track record of ensuring high‑quality concrete work and meeting project deadlines Familiarity with relevant construction safety regulations and best practices Hard‑working with a can‑do attitude Works well within a team environment What we offer At Baseup Group, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
