Senior Occupational Therapist As a Senior Occupational Therapist , you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients through community-based therapy services in Ballarat VIC area. You'll work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing holistic, person‑centred care. The day to day Delivering evidence‑based clinical care in the community through a range of programs and funding streams including Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Hospital Substitution programs. Delivery of evidence based occupational therapy through assessment and interventions for clients with complex health conditions or age‑related care needs. Prescription of assistive aids and equipment, home environment modifications, and support services to support the goals of the client and carers. Supporting the development and clinical growth of other Occupational Therapists within the clinical team. Working within a multidisciplinary team to get the best outcomes for your clients.
