About the role The Warehouse Assistant / Storeman’s primary role is to assist the Spare Parts Department in picking and packing stock, delivery and pick up of customer goods, and other general warehousing duties. Main duties include Exceptional Customer Service Inventory Control, including executing regular stock takes on both the main warehouse along with the Field Service Technicians vans. Packing and shipping of orders General warehousing duties Replenishment of Field Service Technician’s van stock Receiving inwards goods Unpacking overseas freight Any other duties that may be reasonably required from time to time. What you’ll need to succeed Excellent Communication Forklift License Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously Ability to work to strict deadlines Basic computer skills Own transport and a manual drivers license Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment What you’ll get in return You will have the opportunity to work with a growing nationally recognized employer in its industry which boasts good staff culture, and support network.
